The best energy drinks give you a kick without sugar

I’ve been researching the different types of energy drinks on the market carefully to try to figure out which energy drink is the best between Monster energy drink, Red Bull energy drink, Rock Star energy drink and Crave Energy.

The main vitamins found in many of these drinks include vitamin b12 and b6 which are known as energy vitamins.

Energy drinks are primarily marketed to the generation X and Generation Y users, but since these products are marketed heavily people of all ages are giving them a try.

Most energy drinks contain some amount of caffeine, but not as many of them contain large amounts of sugar. Sugar tends to create a crash following the energy drink use.

Most of the well known brands market their product as the top energy drink, but my research indicates that most of them provide up to 5 or 6 hours of energy.

We all need sustained energy when we are working, driving and just having fun but most people do not like the energy crash that occurs with a few of the sugar filled drinks.

It is extremely difficult to find an energy drink without any caffeine and similarly it hard to get much nutrition from most of these drinks. If nutrition is what you are looking for stick to protein shakes.

If you are looking for diet energy supplements it is best to stay away from high sugar energy drinks.

Locals markets often display energy drinks in the wellness part of the store because they have extra vitamins in them.

A few men have told us that energy drinks have helped save their sex life, but we have yet to prove this claim.

One serving of an energy drink can cost you between $1.50 and $3. It all depends upon the brand and their marketing position.

Hikers and outdoor activists often go for energy drinks mixes that can be combined with water or juice because they are easier and lighter to transport but provide the same energy boost.

I have determined that most energy drinks taste great but a few of them produce an after taste that can lead to disappointment.

My study of vitamin energy drinks had indicated that the best brands contain small amounts of caffeine; low sugar levels but contain vitamin b12 and b6.

This combination tends to provide the best continuous energy without the crash that occurs with the high sugar brands. So read the labels and stay away from the high sugar energy drinks.
